Why is the bead I received not exactly the same as the picture?
Each natural crystal is unique and formed by nature. Colors, textures, inclusions, and transparency will naturally vary. Product images are for reference only, not a guarantee of an identical copy. Every piece is one-of-a-kind.
Are cotton-like inclusions, cracks, or color bands normal on the beads?
Yes, completely normal. Almost all natural crystals contain natural inclusions, cracks, lines, or mineral marks. These are signs of genuine crystal, do not affect energy or durability, and will not make the bead easier to break.
Why are the bead count and layout different between the bracelet and necklace?
Human wrist and pet neck sizes are different. Pet necklaces require safety buckles, lightweight design, and anti-tangle structure. Bead size, spacing, and stringing must follow pet safety standards. The main crystals and style remain the same; only the structure is optimized.
Can pets wear it all the time? Do I need to take it off for sleep or bathing?
Safe for daily wear. Please remove for bathing, swimming, or grooming to avoid cord damage or contact with shampoo. Can be worn while sleeping, but remove if your pet chews it.
Will the crystal become smoother and nicer with wear?
Yes. With body temperature, wear, and time, natural crystal often becomes softer, glossier, and more “lived-in” in appearance.
