We offer custom-made products based on your specific requests. Since these items are personalized and uniquely created for you or your pet, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please ensure that you carefully review all customization details before placing your order to avoid any errors.

We understand that there might be instances when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, especially the uniqueness of natural crystals, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Because of this, no two crystals will be identical, and they may contain natural variations or inclusions, which are inherent in natural stones. These characteristics are not considered defects. We ask for your understanding that such natural variations are part of the charm and individuality of each piece, and as such, they are not grounds for a return or refund.

As our products are handcrafted by our designers using materials sourced from various locations, they are shipped directly from China once completed. Please note that we do not have overseas warehouses and therefore cannot accept returns from international orders. We are unable to refund or return products due to shipping delays or customs issues. All shipping costs, including customs duties and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
