Each batch of raw crystal varies slightly in appearance, even within the same collection. We ensure consistent quality grade for every order, but cannot make every bead identical. This uniqueness is what makes natural crystal precious.

The crystal materials remain the same. We adjust bead count, spacing, and accessories to fit different lengths, for a balanced, safe, and comfortable fit.

We do not accept requests for individual bead selection. All orders are fulfilled based on consistent quality grading. Every piece meets our standard, but natural uniqueness cannot be standardized.

We recommend cleansing 1-2 times per month: Moon cleansing（most recommended）, Crystal cluster cleansing. Do not use salt water, direct strong sunlight, or chemicals.

Natural crystal does not fade. However, long-term exposure to water, soap, or shampoo may speed up cord deterioration. Avoid prolonged contact with liquids.

Yes. With body temperature, wear, and time, natural crystal often becomes softer, glossier, and more “lived-in” in appearance.

Crystal is a personal, natural accessory. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted after opening or wearing, unless due to quality issues.
